1、 Description of integrated pump station:

Specification of submersible sewage pump: 85/15/7.5, SEL single pump parameters: rated speed: 1470r/min, flow rate: 85m3/h, head 15m, power 7.5kw, diameter 150mm, 3 sets: two in use and one backup; The water pump has a function of starting and stopping at least 15 times per minute, and has a temperature alarm function for the submersible motor coil and bearing, as well as an alarm function for water leakage in the oil chamber and motor cavity;
5. The control cabinet controls the water pump to stop and start through the liquid level, and can be operated through the human-machine interface. The control system has the functions of communication and remote monitoring of pump station operation and alarm. The control cabinet is 304 stainless steel outdoor type, with a protection level of no less than IP68;
6. The wellbore, base, and cover are prefabricated using computer winding technology, and the wellbore must undergo FEA static analysis and fatigue life analysis;
7. To ensure that the pump station does not require manual attendance in the later stage, the base of the pump station must undergo CFD finite element analysis and be able to remove dirt from the bottom of the pump station on its own;
8. The water pump and all pipe fittings in the pump station are prefabricated by the same manufacturer in the factory and guided for installation, debugging, and maintenance on the construction site;
9. The diameter of the excavation pit for the pump station is 03000mm or 3000mmX3000mm, and the depth is ≥ 6.8m;
10. The connection between the inlet and outlet pipes of the integrated pump station and the cylinder wall is made of fiberglass or stainless steel 304 material pipes
11. The excavation and support of the pump station foundation pit, the prefabrication of concrete foundation, and the backfilling of plain soil and other related civil engineering processes are detailed in the structural diagram;
12. Suppliers should have manufacturers that integrate water pumps, shafts, and control cabinets, and must have relevant national inspection reports and certificates such as IS09001 quality management system certification, 14001 environmental management system certification, and national industrial product production license;
13. The process diagram for HNPS integrated prefabricated pump station is a complete set of equipment, supplied by the manufacturer and responsible for equipment installation and commissioning.
2、 Precautions for construction of integrated pump station:
1. The elevation adopts the Yellow Sea elevation system.
2. The elevation unit is in meters, and other dimensions are in millimeters;
3. After the excavation and support of the foundation pit are completed, a 150mm concrete cushion layer should be made at the bottom of the foundation pit using C15 concrete
4. The installation of the pump station can only be carried out when the strength of the foundation reaches 70%;
5. Please refer to the "HNPS Prefabricated Pump Station Installation and User Manual" for the installation of the pump station;
6. After the installation of the pump station is completed, C30 concrete needs to be filled and poured inside the shaft base to provide protection:
7. The relevant pipeline connections should be laid, arranged, and connected after the pump station shaft is installed in place;
8. Backfilling of foundation pits: Normally, the backfilling of foundation pits is done using the soil from excavation, but the soil cannot contain hard objects such as stones and bricks with a diameter greater than 50mm;
9. When the soil package cannot be used for backfilling, it is recommended to use a mixture of loess, lime, and sand for backfilling;
10. During the filling process, it is important to ensure that the surrounding areas of the foundation pit are evenly backfilled to prevent excessive ten squares on one side, which may cause the pump station to tilt. When the soil pressure is unbalanced, the method of adding retaining walls can be adopted (specific measures may be proposed by the construction department depending on the on-site situation); 11. When filling the mouth, a compaction machine is required for every 500mm height, with a compaction degree of 90%:
12. When the back edge is about 300mm above the ground, pour C30 concrete with a thickness of about 300mm on the surface of the back edge to protect it;
13. The above construction requires corresponding safety protection measures to be taken, and to prevent backfilling from being soaked in rainwater during rainy days. This winter does not include the construction plan for foundation pit support. The integrated pump station manufacturer is responsible for technical guidance and pump station debugging throughout the entire process.
