So, how to customize the integrated drainage prefabricated pump station?
The first parameter to be determined for the integrated drainage prefabricated pump station is the flow rate of the pump station, which is determined based on the amount of sewage to be treated. After determining the flow rate, we need to choose the correct water pump unit based on the flow rate, usually using three to four sewage lift pumps (including backup pumps). The selection of pumps is based on flow rate and head.
Then, based on the flow rate of the water pump, the volume size of the cylinder needs to be determined. The effective volume of the pump station needs to meet the requirement of a single pump starting for about 5 minutes, as well as considering the maintenance and operation platform inside the cylinder.
After determining the pump unit, it is necessary to determine the type of grid. Typically, integrated prefabricated pumping stations use basket grids or crushed grids, which require manual cleaning of solid pollutants. Crushed grids do not need to be used, but require frequent maintenance and upkeep, and the cost is higher than basket grids.
Afterwards, we need to select the corresponding accessories according to our needs. To facilitate future maintenance, it is necessary to design gates and manholes. Due to the integrated prefabricated pump station being buried underground, unmanned monitoring and supervision can be achieved. Therefore, corresponding control cabinets need to be selected, which are equipped with PLC systems, touch screens, and wireless communication modules. Real time monitoring and remote operation can be carried out through mobile phones and computers.
When the pump station is located below the groundwater level, it will be affected by buoyancy, therefore, the anti floating design of the cylinder is very important. The usual method is to connect the base of the cylinder with the base by pouring cement to prevent the cylinder from floating up.
